Some of you moms here know the struggle I've begin having with my daughter and her speech delay. Well here's a update. She has been seeing a speech therapist and has gone from saying only 5 or less words to 30 and counting and saying sentences. All this in 6 short weeks one hour sessions a week. I'm so proud 😬

That's great! One on one time with an SLP is so helpful.

@lp1988727, idk why they would hint at the child being autistic if she just has a speech delay. I have many autistic family members and speech is only one sign and not even in all autistic children. If they are hinting autism it's cause they have a few other concerns along with speech
