Didn't know what spd was until lastnight. Ugh, I was in so much pain, it was so bad I couldn't even walk or left my feet off the ground so I went to the hospital and was told I have spd. My muscles in my pelvic area are stretching out to fast and my hip bones are shifting. So now I'm limited on what I can do and taking Percocet :(
