My husband kept telling me the same thing he is scared of divorce and will never go through one again.( we both have been married before) I had to reassure him that it wouldn't happen and he finally came around. Honestly marriage is just a piece of paper that's legal. I know people who have been together for 20 years and still aren't married... he will come around one day.

@nena901, like he tells people I'm his fiancé but it's like I have no ring 💍 no date. No nothing. Like if marriage isn't the goal then what are we doing. We are almost at 4 1/2 years together

Suggest marriage counseling we went through it before we got married. It really was an eye opener and helped us be sure we wanted to get married. @kristianlovesshoes

I can totally understand where he comes from. We did ours through our church so it wasn't like going to a psychiatrists. It was more of a how god brings two together to make one and helps make sure the couple know one another well enough
