Soooo i have a serious question for u moms and soon to be moms did anyone take castor oil to induce…

@cubanese thanks mama that's what ive been hearing today from family and friends im not going to take it for my babies sake your very informational sooo do u think having a membranes sweep is better than the castor oil?

I've heard horror stories about it. Please just wait momma

If it makes you feel better I was dilated a one at my 37 week then about four days later I went into full blown labor and had him. I'm not even gonna get checked this time because i was no where near dilated much when I went into labor. I think just walking and sex is what did it lol

@ecahanes u kno that does make me feel better because i went to the hospital to see how far i was dialated and she said i was only a half centimeter but i think i further along now been walking alot and lots of family time with the hubby so hopefully I'm like u lol

If you take it the right way and not too much it can actually work. And doctors have recommended it before. When my mom was pregnant with me and my brother she took the amount recommended but nothing happened.

i took it with my daughter. a teaspoon w/ a full glass of orange juice and had her, no complications. every body is different however so its really a decision you just have to make I've heard both good and bad and my experience was good. but I would try other stuff first... pineapple, yoga ball, sex, spicy food, walk up 2 stairs at a time, raspberry tea, warm warm bath @ambree
