I did and needed an epidural with my blood to relieve it.

They tried caffeine but it wouldn't stop. Only laying back helped until that didn't help any more they decided to give me the blood patch.

Is it nerve damage or just a side effect? Even when I lay down it doesn't go away. I get the pulsating back pain with that. I'm also really nauseous too when it's here. The migraine is so bad it's making my head pulsate

Sounds like you may need a blood patch to patch the hole where they gave the epidural. Spinal fluid leaks and caused tremendous headaches and nausea. I've had it and it is the worst.
