Should I take in my baby? She keeps sweating like shes sweating off a fever. Can i give her Tylenol & how much?

My son sweats a ton, but he never has a fever.

Yesterday she was like this & didn't have a temperature. She sweats more now than she did before & she has also been congested since Tuesday. That's why I feel like she might have a fever.
