I'm taking to the ER in a little bit but just wanting to know if this seems like something to worry about? It's so watery it soaks right into the diaper like pee.

@thingy2005, that's what I thought it was at first but he's not peeing that's straight poo there's not a drop of pee in his diaper he done it twice the very second after I changed his diaper so I knew he hadn't peed with it

Emma'leigh did this today just wet with poo and it looked just like that.

Looks like baby diarrhea to me.  So long as he's having wet diapers it might just be a bug keep him hydrated and I would call doc in morning and ask nurse what to look for.
