Oh nooo bh/contractions everything gets tight and more uncomfortable and painful the closer you are, your stomach and uterus tightens up

@anyae23 thanks again just made sure to consume more water as that seems to be the answer 99% of the time &relaxed a bit & haven't felt it since. 😊
