Stool softeners is just gonna help it be soft to come out I need something to help me go lol I poop once a week basically

Did they not prescribe you any stool softeners? I was sent home with colace, some iron tablets, and some pain medicine. It takes a while to get back to normal, though!

Try eating fiber foods. See if that helps. I didn't poop for a month after Koda was born.

Yeah. The hospital sent me home with some colace but Miralax or dulculax works too.

I went through the same thing a year ago. It took me awhile to get back to normal. Try stool softeners
