Arthritis and scoliosis are both causing me pain today. Knee keeps locking up, my fingers ache, and this back pain has me glued to the couch in fetal position.

It's also unbelievably cold in this house bc my bf and my daughter are both like little heaters. They comfy, but I'm over here bundled up in sweaters and still freezing. Just makes the joint pain worse.

I swear I'm actually an old lady.
