I was wondering the same thing! I def don't believe it works, lol. I'm thinking of becoming a trainer so I know quite a bit about nutrition and all Ima say is... the doctors aren't lying. Eating healthy and exercising is the best option. I was lookin into the wraps because I retain a lot of water like that's just my body (prob bc I don't drink enough) but I don't think it really makes you lose anything but water, which you'll gain right back. There are tons of different supplements out there but they don't work by themselves. They're used as an aid w/ diet and exercise. I just ordered some new ones that are non stimulant which means no heart palpitations lol .. we shall see!!
