My daughter get its every now and then too, under her underarms and neck. I usually take her a bath, then put coconut oil all over her body. I blow (with my mouth lol) (if you know what I mean)on the parts that are peeling then let it air dry for awhile before putting on her clothes!

If it looks white at all it could be a minor yeast infection (gross I know) but my friends baby had it in her armpits because she's such a chunk!
