You got this. Your nearly there. I got.induced at 36w6d because my water broke. But i was shut 0cm dialated 0% effaced. I was in labor for 25 hrs. Went without the epi for 15. But without it i wsssnt progrrssing. I was in so much pain. I was on my handd and knees. But just breath! Breath breath breath. And do not lay down. The pain was worse for me. Lol. You can do it without the epi! @sarahssmommiee

You sound like me when I was in labor lol I was on the floor crying my eyes out the contractions were so painful I tried breathing lasttime but it was sooo hard for me it wasn't helping I got to the point where when I did have contractions I started holding my breath cause it that bad but I'm trying to be positive this time around @princess_xox,

My husband was helping me breathe i wanted to hit everyone in the room cuz they kept sayinh you need to breathe breathe.. grr. But my hubby was showing me how to! Contractions are a bitch! But try mke it your bitch! Lol
