So I failed my 1 hour glucose🙈 I go back next week for the 3 hour. I guess I'm curious about if anyone that ended up with GD had any symptoms? I've always been slightly hypoglycemic... but I feel like the last couple of weeks, it's been worse. I guess I'm curious if that may be an indicator that I do actually have GD?

I'm havin some contractions that are about 20 minutes apart and lasting 3 minutes. It's been pretty consistent for almost 2 hours. Is this the beginning of labor? My doctor said if I had 6 in an hour to go to L&D but I only had 4 in an hour. I'm 32 weeks with twins.
Does GD always = higher birth weight? I'm a FTM who just received a GD diagnosis last week, so this is still all REALLY new to me. Obviously I know GD can lead to increased birth weight, but curious if anyone had a different experience? To be honest my husband and I now have this idea in our heads that baby girl is going to weigh 9 lbs+, but I just don't know how realistic that is.
I think I might have GD. I get tested on Thursday but every symptom I've been getting is that of high blood sugar. And besides that, I'm measuring 4 weeks bigger than what I should be
