I know you probably heard this before but you won't hurt the baby. Believe me I know. The only thing me & my bf know is rough. I really don't know why it happens but it's nearly after every time I feel sick. Just try laying on your side afterwards or drink some water, I drink apple juice since I have a hard time with water and that helps. @wilsonbriana402
