My hips, legs, and lower back just arnt having it today and that was just getting out of bed and taking a shower. Hoping moving around today will help the ache. Thinking possibly a soak in the tub is in order tonight depending on what time I get home. Upside is I have my appt tom and finally get to schedule my next ultrasound. So excited to see my little Squish again it's been so long and confirm she's a little girl and growing right ♡
