@jacesterlingsmommy, you read it wrong try it again! I first checked the availability option and it told me no. But someone told me to double check over the phone and I got approved.
Maybe I read it wrong it just made it look like you had to have both of those things.
I tried. There were two check boxes at the beginning and you had to meet both requirements before moving on. I met the food stamp one but the next one was you had to live in California and be on SSI.
@jacesterlingsmommy, It's for 21 states not sure which ones tho. California specifically has the option of qualifying through SSI too.. apply and see if it lets you
