@andreakimberleigh Okay yeah you are probably dehydrated. Make sure you are drink LOTS of water. My OB told me to drink at least 13 glasses of water a day.

@lisa_gandy I tend to get them right after I eat. I just drank some water and its wearing off. So maybe I'm just dehydrated?

@andreakimberleigh Make sure you are drinking enough as well as eating enough. When do you usually get them?
