My thoughts exactly. Currently renting and in the process of buying a new house. Its just started to be built but still going to be another few months waiting. Therfore my LO is still going to be in our room till we move. He's now 21 weeks. We have a spare room but it's a bit of a dumping/laundry room and I don't want him in there x

I'm stuck in this

My daughter will be 9 months old next few days

And I don't know what to do with ..when she is sick she doesn't sleep in her cot and that's really exhausting because I can't sleep when she's next to me in bed😔and I have to re-start learning her again.. It's just like a circle

@ran_zr_dentist, @samhappy, so so you ladies think it's best to get her into cot now in her room, bite the bullet so yo speak?

If I was in my new house I would attempt it at 6 months ish yes as he's not too bad with sleeping now and we have to creep about to not make noise but every baby is different. Mine would be ok I think in a few weeks just can't yet but others do it sooner others do it later x

That's definately what I experienced with Max. Waited till he was 6months. Was a tough transition. However he went in with Morgan so he had to learn to get used to Morgan keeping him up! Morgan went in his own room at 9weeks which obviously isn't recommended but had no issues. Just a call for you to make I guess when you want to try or think she may be ready.

I'm going through the exactly same with my with little one. I've started putting him in his own room during the day for naps that's really helped him get used to being in his own room and the new space. I'm hoping to transition him through the night now too. I definitely agree it's better before they're aware, if I could do it again I'd have started earlier with Zakariyya xx

I would recommend a helper (your partner /mother/friend) to help you in this..

I am missing this support that's why I still struggling. .
