Like it's bad enough I let her be their when we found out what the gender was and it was beyond awkward I don't want her their till baby is in the room , like I'm I a bad person ?

Honey stand your ground. My MIL is awful and my husband is trying to force her in on me. Trust me you'll regret letting her in there. That's your moment and if your baby daddy can't understand that then he should wait outside with his momma

Its your delivery you have to be comfortable. Its already going to be a painful experience. No need to add extra stress.
