It took me forever to figure out how to use mine too. I had to youtube tutorials on how to wrap it. An i never used the infantino wrap until yesterday cause I couldn't figure out how to use it but I found a video @morganmommy79

@morganmommy79, I had the wrap but I found it was good for when he was a newborn now that he's weighing 16 pounds the carrier is way better especially for my back.
