I've read that cramping is normal during early pregnancy, but I'm still worried. It's my 1st so maybe I'm over paranoid. I've been having period like cramps periodically for the last week or so. A cramp comes along last for a minute or two then goes away. No spotting of any kind. Should I be worried ?

Completely normal momma as long as it's not causing you any extreme pain and bleeding I was very crampy with my first pregnancy it reminded me of my period.

@momof2boys246 thanks! Just worried. I want my baby to be perfectly healthy at all times. I'm already too paranoid to sleep on my belly! Haha how silly of me!
