Hi everyone I'm new to this and it's my first post/question ☺. I'm 32 weeks pregnant with my first girl and I have no energy... Can only sleep for a solid 2 hours due to rls at night and my hips hurting also my belly tightens/boats up at night and can't really breathe properly. Does anyone have any solutions or help for the energy levels and is anyone else getting the bloated breathlessness? x

Go to the chemist and get floradix- it's amazing, you will notice a difference in energy within 24-48 hours! @kelogs84,

Welcome! I started taking spatone liquid iron to help boost my energy which I've found good but it does take a couple of weeks to work. I know you've probably tried all this but look up sleep hygiene and see if anything might help e.g. dimming lights hours before bed. Lately I've been quite restless but lighting candles and listening to calm music has helped a bit. Still getting up loads during the night but my quality of sleep is better I think 😊 if you haven't got one already get a nursing pillow as well as they do help (mine's from ASDA - Kinder Valley £12.95) and they always advise being propped if you're struggling to breathe xx
