Omg I'm about to loose my mind!! 😣my toddler has been seriously out of character today... 😳🙄😒 this is the worst day she's had since she was born! She was getting grumpy at the Zoo, it was about nap time so we left... she fell asleep in the car on the way home, I got her out of the seat she was still asleep... normally I carry her in and she goes right down for a nap, no issues at all... but carrying her in the Damn neighbor dog woke her up yapping at us, and she has been grumpy as hell ever since... serious all out crazy tantrums, screaming, crying, throwing her self and her toys around... and just plain refusing to sleep! 😐she has NEVER done this... my husband and I are both about at wits end... he finally just took her into her bedroom, tried to cuddle her, but she started flailing and fighting him, so he put her in her bed and left the room... we are watching her on the monitor, she is slowly winding down, but still throwing a huge fit! I gave her some Benadryl this afternoon because her nose is dripping, and we gave her some ibuprofen just a few minutes ago, because I think she might be cutting a K9 tooth... but I'm really overwhelmed and not sure what else to do... hoping she just wears herself out and goes to sleep! She refuses to let either of us comfort her!

@presleymom, she finally wore herself out and napped for about 30 minutes or so... now she seems a bit more pleasant... just praying bed time goes smoother!

I feel ya! And being preggo is hard dealing with a grumpy toddler :( uhg. I just put happy fun cute YouTube videos on and my son forgets he is sick

@presleymom, yeah we tried that... it did not go over well with her! Thankfully, our happy girl is back! She's playing with daddy and her 2 favorite toys now! 😅 I was so close to putting my shoes on and going for a walk! Because I was about to loose what sanity I had left!

Hahaha yes ! I have those days also and I melt down and cry uhg !!!! Also we're the same weeks PREGAnt ! How awesome

Oh man! Sounds like growing pains (I think they call it that because it's painful for the parents to deal with). When ever he hits a growth spurt he is tired and cranky as shit! Today we had a meltdown ( I call it smad sad/mad), it lasted for 20 minutes before I was able to hug him and rock him, then the next thing I know he's asleep! It was 4:30 in the afternoon! I'm afraid when I get home that he will still be asleep.

@mamawallace1201, never thought about growing pains... she fought us for 6.5 hours! Before we finally could not take it anymore and my husband finally just put her in her bed and left the room! Maybe the ibuprofen helped reduce whatever discomfort she had, because she's a relatively pleasant girl now!
