Moms when did you get your daughter's ears pierced? I don't know how I feel about piercing my baby's ears yet. But…

I will be getting my daughters ears pierced after she gets her shots at her 2 month appointment

At her first shots appt the Dr did it but I got mine at 3 days old. Lol

My daughter was 2 1/2. I would do it sooner but I just worried about her fussing with them and the struggle to keep them clean. 2 1/2 was the perfect age for us. We walked into a Clair's and she picked her own earrings and it was a fun experience!

The sooner the better since their ear lobes are so thin..I got mine when I was 2 weeks and didn't even cry stayed asleep..I took my daughter to a professional piercer inside a tattoo shop to get hers after her 2 month shots but the piercer told he he didn't want to do it until after she gets her 4 month shots since it's another dose of Tdap and safer..so I took her back at 4 months after her shots and took 14k gold ear rings I bought her so I only payed $10 I didn't want to take her to Clair's because they use guns and can be more traumatic and can leave a bump inside the ear lobe (happened to me) so I went for the needle at the shop 🙂

I took my lil one last week and she's going to be 7 months. She cried when she got them done and when it was over she was fine. But I think earlier the better
