If you could tell new mother's one thing, what would you say? Listen to your gut always! Do it listen to anybody when it comes to how you choose to parent and never forget to take time for yourself every once in a while.

I know you’ll be reading this 😏 I use both, when I’m home I use pads when I’m out in public I use tampons.. rather you use one or the other your still “sitting” in blood lol. What do you think that tampon is doing? Soaking up blood lol, so you change your tampon everytime you stick it in? Lol. What does anyone using a pad have to do with you? Yea you have an opinion but again how is that affecting you & your personal life!? I agree with @goodvibetribe, I thought this post was suppose to be educational lol.
