Have any of you mom's tried taking the green juice to lose weight ? (If so what vegetables did you use?) OR have you taken the green tea ?
I'll have to wait until there's nice weather out 😑 it's to cold to go out lol. I really hope it works , all I want is to lose my belly fat.
like I can guarantee if you can start out with committing to walk everyday you will definitely see changes.
@sophianicole16 are you trying to tone up or just wanting to slim down? I'd recommend taking your baby on walks everyday in the morning (then it doesn't feel like a workout lol) to start out with, and then in the evenings or afternoons doing HIIT workouts. That will give you results super fast and you don't need a gym. You can use household items to do everything, buying handheld weights are optional. I swear by walking though. you will definitely see results just by walking everyday, then you can up it to running for cardio If you want!
I downloaded ab workouts apps and they're about 5 to 10 minutes long. I do them one day and then I feel lazy and don't do them. 😔

Also I don't know if you're talking about normal green tea but it's amazing to aid with weight loss! just have it 3 times a day and it actually does really aid your journey.
none of that stuff works. I mean it may work at first, but the second you switch back to solid foods you'll gain all the weight back (and then some) just eat clean and workout a couple times a week:) I work at a gym and all of our clients try to do all the fancy shakes and tell us it made them gain back more weight lol.
