@chloe_faith2016 it took me about a month to two months to feel no more soreness and pain from it, I'm assuming that most of my pain was from child birth. I had stiffness in my back and neck and my hips felt like did when I was pregnant. I felt popping in my vagina and to me felt as if it was audible. I believe most of my soreness and pain was from birth it self. But now my hips and knees pop every time I get out of a chair, bed, or even walk longer than usual. SO was not joke, and I would still talk to your doctor about pushing for physical therapy. You have 15 weeks left, it will do you good.

Thank you so much! My midwife told me if i was earlier in my pregnancy that she would send me to physical therapy. But since I'm almost in my third trimester she said there is no point. I am in agony, every time I turn in bed , when I walk, when I get up from sitting down. I am miserable. I didn't have this with my first daughter. And now I have it. Did you feel better after you gave birth?

Also sleeping with only one pillow under head, one pillow under tummy, pillow behind, and pillow be tween my legs helped. Getting out of bed made me cry, walking helped as well. Showers... yoga ball and doing pelvic tilts helped too. It hurts, it's terrible, but it will all end shortly, if you feel nothing is relieving the pain talk to your doctor about physical therapy and map a plan to help you. SO should not be recognized as a "uncomfortable pregnancy symptom" it should be recognized as fucking death, if you need anyone to talk to about pain, I'm always here girl.

@chloe_faith2016 girl I did. But me like a fucking train. My midwife didn't believe the pain I was in and just told me to take Tylenol and a bath. Physical therapy could be used to make it better but I was so far along it wouldn't have done anything even though I had symptoms earlier then 20 weeks. Tylenol helped if it got unbearable, and I took 3 baths a day to relieve the pain. But light stretching and not standing or sitting for long periods helped a lot. I wore a very supportive 3 piece belly band to help relieve pressure and discomfort as well.
