So the man that was going to be my manager has decided to not contact me at all but go through my mom who works there. He has never once called me to discuss anything with me nor will he take my calls. But apparently I'm in the wrong for deciding to not take the job because he isn't doing his job in hiring employees correctly. I also have important things I need to get done for my kids before I start work but no he won't allow it. He wants me to start work without even a 12 hour notice after not contacting me for 2 or 3 weeks. I'm not going to work for someone who does not communicate directly to his employees. It's highly unprofessional and I don't feel bad for it. My mom said "I gave you his number. Call him and talk to him." Like I said he never takes my calls and if he needs me that bad, he has my number and it's his job to do contact me with starting times and everything. Ugh! Am I wrong?

@ssdj4, if you want an honest opinion here is mine.. I get that it's bs notice but at the same time you have a job waiting on you, I say if you need this job take it and keep looking for a better one. Good luck!

I have been told that the DON at the job needs side work done too. We can afford our bills and stuff without me working but it leaves practically nothing for anything else. So it isn't necessary that I have this job but would be nice. I just don't know how to do a job when my boss can't even talk to me directly. @luceromommy @lola-tx

@ssdj4 I personally would take the job.. I only need the experience and money.. there is nothing wrong being selfish.. I wouldn't mind about the boss and give him a chance of how he acts up after I started working..

I know his on a personal level. He is like this in general. I have another job lined up if I don't take this one. I just don't know what to do. I don't understand why I'm supposed to jump through hoops while he sits back and waits for me or someone else to contact him about my job. @momtosid

@ssdj4 if you have another job it's well and good🖒🖒 all the best 🖒 😁.. just ignore him.. people like this exists.. believe me it's a part of job search.. 😂
