I'd say just balanced diet & stay hydrated @mommytinkerbella2017 ppl will say they swear by some food helps them produce more milk but what works for them might not work for you. What you eat goes to your baby so balanced is key, at least for me.
My lactation specialist that's been doing what she does for 20 years said that certain types of food make no difference in how much or little you lactate. So eat and drink whatever you want!
