@katlovesj, yeah I did - she pretty much told me they just cause cramping & bleeding if your body isn't ready - but for some people it helps to dilate/efface.

I hope it helps you! I got a membrane sweep around 39 weeks as well. But it didn't help me. Fingers crossed for you 😊🤞

That's exactly what happened to me! I was shocked when they handed her to me. You'll feel it then :)
