I haven't had a coffee coolatta from Dunkin' Donuts or a frappe from Starbucks in forever ! Is it safe for me to go get a small frappe from Starbucks ?

A small from Starbucks is 80 mg of caffeine per shot of espresso and a small has one shot. So in my opinion totally fine

Of course! I've had coffee 3 times this whole pregnancy. We're defiantly told that it's okay to indulge every once in a while. I actually got a small coffee coolata this past Sunday. It was SO good 😻 but only a once in a while thing.

Yeah, you can find lists online for all Starbucks drinks... they say as long as you keep it under 250 mg of caffeine a day it should be fine
