Went to ER because I felt several gushes of fluid oderless clear and several times uncontrollably…

Went to ER because I felt several gushes of fluid oderless clear and several times uncontrollably especially when baby moved we'll test came back negative the fernal test cervix is closed and they did ultrasound to make sure there was fluid and there was having contractions here and there but stomach is now soft... has anyone been thru this?? Basically sent home for peeing on myself?? Idk 😐 doesn't seem right to me but I guess I did
