3 days ago I got a job with a residential living home. And today the 3rd day of training I pulled off an 18 hour shift. Since the communication is terrible. And with being pregnant my boss said I did an amazing job with only being the 3rd day and working 18 hours. Would have been 20 hours but they said after handing out the 8pm meds and then I could go home. I feel so good with putting in that many hours with being pregnant and my boss knows what kind of worker I am, and that I'll show up when they need me since there short staffed. Hurting really bad super excited for bed
