I have a question about breastfeeding and periods. So up until about 5 months my daughter was strictly breastfed. She now breast feeds every 3-4 hours, and also eats one to two of those organic food pouches a day. At night she sleeps from 9pm to about 2 or 3 am to feed and then wakes up again around 6 am feed. I will be 9 months pp tomorrow and I still haven't had a period. Is Her breastfeeding schedule keeping me from getting my period?
