Maria·27.02.2017@exoticyuri, you can easily just call your insurance and ask. You can ask your doctor as well to order it for you! Most of the time your OB/GYN sends a request and than your insurance sends a letter stating what they cover etc.Отметок «Нравится»: 00 Ответить
