Anyone ever have plevis pains that makes getting out of bed harder? I just crawled to the bathroom 😐

I just Sneezed and like blood clots shot out and blood started pouring from both of my nostrils and I was trying to walk to bathroom and got a major pounding in front right side of head and got really dizzy and fell in the hallway and crawled to the bathroom and now I'm in the bathroom floor cuz im about to throw up and I'm still bleeding and idk what is going on

Charlie's 7 and a half month and not crawled atal yet... the health visitor made me feel like shit about it! :(
