Ok mommy friends out there. The last two times I have had my period I am super sick the first day to the point I can't hold anything down. Then I get really bad diarrhea and cramps that hurt just as bad as labor contractions. I have been taking pamprin for the cramping but it's not helping is there anything I can do.
