My little boy is 13 months and still not walking or standing on his own 😭 he was 2 months early so…

I'm not there with my little guy yet but my mom said I didn't walk till I was 18 months old! She said she felt like I was never going to walk🙈 every kid is different!

He was born 2 months early? So his birthday is 2 months earlier than it was supposed to be... So he's 13 months not 11 months? I'm confused, lol, I'm sorry I'm not trying to be rude!! That just confused me.

Just let him work at his pace Hun. My daughter didn't walk till almost 20 months it's just a " they will do it when they're ready kinda thing" if you are really concerned just bring it up at his next appointment. 💙

Babies move at their own pace. My cousin's son started crawling at 5 months and mine started at 8 months. It really depends on the baby

@josie7104, ya he's 2 months premature he has a corrected age until he starts preschool they go by his corrected age for development and growth of the date of his due date.. most babies are born full term he was born at 32 weeks.. so his brain and physical development is supposed to be at 11 months not 13 because he wasn't born at term which is 40 weeks

@goodbyelullabye, @lovemel, @trice4990, thanks ladies! I'm not too concerned because at his last neonatologist appt they said he's actually advanced and doing awesome it's just my friends babies are walking and I want him too as well

I feel that way about my son's teeth. All the other babies his age have teeth and he doesn't lol

@camdensmommy0114, I feel the same way! I have so many friends that all had their babies right around when I had my son and when their kid does something mine hasn't yet I'm like come on you should be doing this by now! And then I realize my kid learns at his own pace and it's incredible to see all the things he starts doing on his own anyway!

@trice4990, that's exactly how I am lol! He crawled before any of them and now he just doesn't wanna walk! So I'll just give him his time
