I felt a lump at the top of my stomach and I couldn't tell if it was her head or her butt. When I press it i felt movement at the bottom of my stomach i can't tell if it was a kick or punch. Does that mean she's head down or I poked her head?

With you being 31 weeks its probably safe to assume she is head down already 😊

@deja2017 if she is already in position more then likely but its always possible for them to move sometimes they move but go back into position I wouldn't stress to much about it though your ob will feel to see if she is in the proper position
