how do I stop a bad habit! I've wanted to stop for years and these are very unattractive habits and I don't want my daughter doing it because I do😂 my nasty habits are peeling back my cuticles causing them to bleed most of the time, it hurts like hell so idk why I still do it. the second habit is picking at the skin on my lips Again causing bleeding and scabbing.😖😓 I'm terrible
