Anyone know how to reduce bubbles in powder formula? She's on similac sensitive and it is so bubbly! I feel like that…

My baby is on the same thing....I think it just does that...I have noticed she burps Hella loud afterwards so idk...but when my baby was at that age, we suffered with gas issues. I gave gas drops after she ate and it helped. She'll grow out of it...

@inlovewithrosiee, omg she burps so loud after too!!! Like man burps lol. I really don't want to switch to ready feed because it's so expensive

Don't, it's not worth it..similac sensitive is formulated for those with lactose sensitivity and gas troubles so I'm guessing that's the reason why the bubbles occur. If it aint bothering her, I wouldn't worry about it. @babyking1

After I mix formula I swirl it around a bit and that usually gets rid of bubbles. He's on Enfamil Gentlease, though, so it may be different. We use Dr Browns bottles too which helped with his burping too.

You can just let the bottle sit for 5 mins after mixing it or stir it up in a measuring cup and pour it in the bottle that's what my sons doctor told us to do
