Has anyone else had trouble with pain (soreness) after sex postpartum? It seems like every time we have sex, I'm extremely sore and it hurts to pee for a while after. At first I thought it was a lubrication issue, so we started using lube. Then I thought it was like a friction issue (like rug burn 😂😂) so we both started shaving more frequently. But it still happens. It's almost like a tiny cut or tear that happens every time we have sex?? I didn't tear during birth, I only had one stitch on the inside from where my daughter's fingernail cut me. Has this happened to anyone else? It doesn't bother me during, it's only after when I pee or if I shower and hot water hits it. We aren't super rough or anything either.
