I despise seeing women run over and take for granted the good men left in this world. They turn into distrusting, controlling, insecure men after they've been hurt so many times and it ruins the chances that any other woman may have with them. It happens on both sides, men do it to us too, but let's be real, finding a GOOD man is a rarity these days. Some of us are raising kids alone, and it's terrifying to even think about dating, if someone will date us. By someone I don't mean just anyone, I mean one of the few GOOD men, that we deserve. I'm so emotional today, I am so sad thinking about Jaxtyn being fatherless, even though I chose this route and I did the right thing.

There is hope hun. When you least expect it things will fall into place. Your doing a great job. Don't beat yourself up about things out of your control. Your so very selfless to focus solely on your son and school. I know there is an amazing MAN out there that is prepping the path of life just like you are... It's just a matter of time.

Thanks ladies @brownsugarluv, @crystalashby86, I go through these mood swings where I just feel so sad about our situation and I don't want my son to grow up missing out on having a father. He's got a wonderful pawpaw and other males in my family that will be great role models, but it's different than having a father there for you. It makes me very sad when I think about the relationship I shared with my dad as a child, because we had a great relationship. When I was a teenager our relationship fell apart, so I know how it is to not have relationships with your parents too. I just don't want him to ever hurt, or be sad for that reason. I just pray that I make up for what's missing at the moment.
