I don't think so, I had coffee everyday while pregnant. Until my heartburn got so bad I couldn't otherwise I'd turn into a dragon 🐲 lol. But like @vamommy89, said, moderation
My mother and sister had coffee two times a day while pregnant. Maybe 3-4 ounces twice a day. My mom has 4 healthy children (one born at 42yo) and my sister two healthy boys as well. So I don't think that it causes DS or cancer if it's taken in moderation.
I had coffee all day everyday when I was pregnant my baby doesn't have Down syndrome. My sister drank more coffee than me with her five kids and none are Down syndrome. Think that's a myth.

Girl...pregnant women give up so much already, you don't have to give up your coffee. While pregnant one cup a day is perfectly healthy!

I think giving up cigs and keeping coffee is a fair trade
