My baby girl.turn two months old this coming 30..we been at her pediatrician yesterday because my baby girl had an eczema on her face.her pediatrician advice to put a lotion 3 times a day..any advice any mommy if you experience this what did you do to remove the eczema..I put lotion since yesterday but I notice that it much worse now..

She's probably allergic to the lotion! My baby boy has the SAME issue we have to use either aquaphor (or Vaseline), coconut oil, or babyganics lotion! Since it's hypoallergenic otherwise his body and face will look so terrible with eczema!
I use aveeno fragrance free..so I need to switch to Vaseline
We did vasaline and it worked wonders. Do it twice a day. One right before bed that's when you cake it on and it helped a lot
I'll just use the aveeno after the doctor check up..but before I need use any lotion on her face..
