Fussy, swollen gums, chewing on fists or anything they can get in their mouth, sleepless... give her a rest her, preferably cold or slightly frozen. Cold wash rags, Tylenol...
I used to give my 3 year old frozen fruits because the teethers don't last frozen too long. So I'd give her something that was big and she couldn't choke on like a half of a banana or a strawberry. They sell a something similar to a pacifier where you can put the frozen fruits in and close it...much safer. Especially if you have to turn your back for a minute or two.
