My son isn't latching today he did all night and since we left hospital and now he won't be roots for it and puts mouth on then keeps letting go and gets frustrated and cries. I don't know what to do. He hungry so I've had to pump twice and I'm getting plenty of milk just don't wanna have to keep pumping

Nipple shields can help alot. But if you are feeding from a bottle remember that a standard nipple is alot easier to get milk from than your breast. He may get flustered because he is having to work for it. Maybe try giving him a little in his bottle to fix the im hungry moment and then coax back to your breast.

It sucks really does. I'm gonna get a nipple shield to see if he does again if not I have to pump it's fine

My son was the same way when he was born. I just found out he is tongue and lip tied. So he isn't able to latch properly.
