Has anyone ever had an issue with their medela pump? Mine sometimes stops pumping for a few seconds…

Has anyone ever had an issue with their medela pump? Mine sometimes stops pumping for a few seconds and then starts again. I've only had it since 1/5/17 I emailed medela but was wondering if anyone else had this problem. Also the cover that covers the air hole if your not using one side has always had a hole in it so idk if that's the issue too 😩
