A friend of mine is going through a situation right now that is nearly identical to what I was going through about 7 years ago and listening to her and talking to her has brought me back to those feelings of where I was and im sitting here talking to her about how she needs to take control over her life and I go to talk to my SO about it and i realize that 7 years ago I was her and without him standing right behind me i wouldnt have been able to reclaim my life and stand up for myself and i would never allow someone to come into my life now and try to tell me how to live it and I found that courage through him and im just realizing this is why I love this man so much he has come into my life and given me strength i didnt know existed now to try and help my friend find the same courage!

I was in a really bad relationship years ago too. I hate to even think about it. Idk how I made it through. But one thing I do know is it makes me so thankful for the little things my husband does.

@zuly2312 exactly my point it's like I've always loved him and ive always known how good he is to me but it all just flushed forward again tonight as im listening to my friend talk to me and when I went to go explain the situation to him and the first thing he does is offer a helping hand i just cried because that was me and thats what he did and just that one time is all it took for him to pull me out of a bad situation

Sometimes that's all we need. Just one person to help us. I had a good friend that let me stay with her and gave me rides etc. If it wasn't for her idk what I would have don't but I know she in angel to me.

@zuly2312 m too she is only 19 its so funny i used to babysit her as a little kid after school so I think she is just young and scared and not ready to do things on her very own

Awh. It will be okay. I had my first when I was 14 😱. I was scared too. But it also helped me be who I am today.
